The servers are good. zero downtime or other issues. But if you need support this Kodee AI is super annoying. It wastes a lot of precious time in case of any urgent matter needs immediate attention. I prefer the AI assistants just like Godady. No useless time-wasting questions. I go and ask "Connect me to a live support agent' that's all. Not this Kodee type useless bot.

With no experience in IT issues, I tried to solve a problem with my website files for 2 hours. I hesitated to contact the hostinger support, as it is Saturday evening and who on earth would have time to reply to me... BUT when I asked for help on chat, David sorted out my problem in a minute or so. So kind, helpful and friendly! Thank you!

After spending 2 days with chatbots it took 1 minute to Amelia after she just looked and said I know whats the problem, after minute there was no problem anymore ??

The hostinger is having some of legendary employee who goes beyond the limits to resolve the query of customer. Loved them! Today I was assisted by an Advisor name Alexis and helped me with perfect resolution. Really amazed!

Jefferson was very helpful, detailed and most of all: Patient with me. I am a "senior citizen" with a bad memory (think Swiss cheese - lots of holes). So, I was upset and confused about what plans and features I had previously purchased, but he kindly made everything clear to me.
