Hi Manuel, you helped me greatly after an issue I couldnt have thougt of myself! Not a computer nerd as you now know, I had an issue that vanished my website. But happily Manuel could give me an option to get the back up back. I did pay for a new hosting plan. But hope they refund me because this was unawareness all over and twice ask support which gave not the cause of the warnings I got that my website would end after free trial, while I bought a plan. Hopefully get a refunding for that. Manuel thank you for your patience and getting to the root of the cause.So now, even nighttime, I can get the job done today after a few hours of sleep! I lost my 2FA codes and device. I submit request for account recovery. I sent all transaction details company details and invoices. And it's been 11 days but i cant still login my account. In hostinger it says we reply in 2 business days for account recovery requests. But its been 11 days and i am still waiting for a solution. All they say via chatbot is, we are checking your recovery request. All our business is stopped because of this. Please find a solution. I couldnt believe hostinger is so bad when it comes to support.Edit: My Account is recovered. And i can login now. Thank you.
