hostinger uses REAL HUMAN PEOPLE and not chatbots for their help via chat. I had a nice guy named Eric who was very nice and patient with helping me with something he probably thought was basic and easy. I appreciate knowing hostinger values giving humans jobs and giving their customers the kind of help and support they deserve from their hosting company. I left Bluehost to move to hostinger a few years ago and their customer support is top-notch. That is what will keep me with hostinger. Prompt and helpful humans.

The processes to do things are user friendly. Despite that, they may contain errors that are not so clear, they could improve the copies to make them a little bit more understandable.The AI assistance throught the chat is really helpful, but the human assistance is better since they can get the context in a better way.Something that would be great if hostinger had, would be prorated upgrades, so users are able to upgrade to a better plan by paying the price differene, right now is only possible to pay the full price for a better plan.
