Hostgator has been an extremely reliable hosting service with a kind and professional technical support who have been willing to work with me on my needs. My most memorable experience with Hostgator is when I needed more RAM for my machine, but purchased a server size up front and didn't need to scale cpu or disk. After talking with them for a while and realizing they didn't have an offer they gave me a free upgrade to the largest tier to accommodate my needs at no extra charge. Wonderful experience so far.

A late-night attempt to set up hosting ran into billing issues. Ed from Hostgator support was prompt in assisting me, with succinct but substantive answers, and an effective, methodical approach. My problem was ultimately solved despite it being late on a Friday night.

Too hard to register and sign-up. After payment of your fees you are told you have to be verified. And, that your purchase of an account is pending. I purchased 2 hosting fees for 24.95. And, found out later that I still didn't have an account.

Hostgator provides a very good hosting service, at a competitive price, and the chat customer service is really supportive and kind. For someone like me, having no good experience in such things, customer service helps whatever the problem that you have, 24/7.

I've been using Hostgator for some time now. I've tried other host companies, but wasn't happy with them. They were either down all the time or never could find help. I'm an old school web designer, so learning WordPress was interesting to say the least, but now that I've made a few websites it's much easier. Hostgator's servers are always up and I've never had a problem with my clients connecting to my websites. I have faith in this company and I can trust them with my data. That to me is priceless!

The customer service are good! they are fast to response to my questions. what I like about Hostgator is I can choose cheap domain names, but for startup businesses the cloud hosting is expensive and the storage is not unlimited

It was more than just providing domain and hosting.They have provided all the resources which a successful business website need like the SCO score and how can I speed load my website, because creating a website isn't our motive, we need traffic to make action and that's where Hostgator has done its job very well.I was really amazed when I see that hosting a suggesting me to update my SPF & DKIM record to improve my email deliverability of my marketing campaign.No other hosting and domain Provider is doing this.So I highly recommend to use posting her if you want to build a business not just a website
