Good reliable hosting and comprehensive package. Plenty of support if required. Easy for first timers as I was, but slightly confusing if website already developed. Good value for money.

Great experience but there's always room for improvements. Support team has resolved my issues in minutes but I have found a bit difficulty in finding the support email and I haven't found any contact forum.I think there's a need for improvements in regards to community support + Hostgator support.Give a very clear option to contact support and perhaps why and how urgent the support is needed.Newbies might not like this and require support.if you implement the community support than I suggest, approving all posts by a moderator so no sensitive info is shared publicly.That's all
