I have been using it for the last 4 years, their service and support team are awesome, and whenever I contact them for the resolution of issues, I get the solution. I have multiple accounts of Hostgator, with multiple plans.

I have been using the Zyro and Hostgator for a year now and just purchased the 4 year plan. The times I’ve reached out to customer service has always been prompt, polite and thorough. The people help me learn when answering my questions about products or how-to’s (no matter how silly they seem). The website services have been reliable and backup regularly, allow me to be creative and personalized with my website, and link to my service booking platform. It is pretty user friendly for those with no website building background or education.

The management has an unclear pricing strategie what makes the job for the agents harder and is time consuming for the customer - the agent was able to compensate the confusion caused by the management in the first place.

What made my experience so well today was the chat representative I communicated with, Davi... Davi is very knowledgeable and was willing and very patient to help me understand everything I was asking about.My experience with Hostgator has been great ever since I began being their customer.

The hosting is awesome. The price is a bit higher side as compared to other hosting companies. One improvement may be to have Cpannel in spite of hpannel. Because the site transfers can be problematic some times.

Well, the hosting service and support service is great. The only problem is that there has been a change in the CONTACTING of support to the point there is essentially no way unless we have someone's e-mail address. The Chat has disappeared (at least from what I can see). Mind you once I found a way to make contact (via sales), the support service was excellent. I might mention that Hostgator should give appropriate e-mail responses to the "forgot password" facility.

I had only one problem with Hostgator. Somehow it was removed all files from selected websites. It is strange and disgusting. There are no other problems at the moment, but 3 problems away and I would probably leave.
