Good hosting which I have ever seen , but costly

I was having a issue with my website. Malware was inserted and i lost the access to the website. But amazing customer care service was provided by Hostgator's CCS employee 'Sasa'. Malware was removed and i got the access of the website after restoring it to a previous backup.
