Sadly I've had a couple of problems in the beginning like Hostgator aquiring a dead email adres from my google login that was no longer even bound to the account. But: through several chats it all worked out. And for me thats what counts. Like the titel says: if you want a managed vps minecraft server, look somewhere else. But If you're willing to do a bit of research Hostgator offers great interfaces, reliable services, and amazing support whenever needed.
