The Hostgator journey is an easy learning curve for noobs like me but it has been a blast so far thanks to their excellent and timely help center personnel. I hope to be able to finish my website in the near future and have at least a minimal success to be able to maintain it open on their hosting platform for a long time.

I just accidentally entered a domain name that I did not want to continue with and it being a freebie,I had very little hopes that I would be able to get it changed. But the Suport guy helped me out no questions asked. And it got resolved in minutes. It is the best experience I've had with a company putting it's customer first

I had a few problems, but support is always super helpful and solves problems instantly or gives you tips on how to do it. I know most of these companies offer similar services, but Hostgator's support is fantastic, so I would recommend anyone switch to Hostgator after their current provider expires, You also get a good deal for switching.
