I recently transferred my websites from Bluehost to Hostgator. I must admit I was nervous because of the type of support offered. I have been happy with the migration process and the price. My renewal for Bluehost would have been approximately $460.00 for twelve months on a plan that offered up to 100 websites. My cost for unlimited websites for one year on Hostgator was less than $70.00. I had a lot of questions and concerns, today I spoke with Santiago. (Not spoke, but texted.) He answered my questions and provided the necessary information quickly. I was impressed.

The Services are very good! Support have there limitations but are very helpful in guiding you the right process to get your job done. !!!!! This last support person taught me how to use SSH and stayed with me till my complexed issue was resolved. 10 Stars for him!

Martia was helping me fix an issue I had no idea what to do with. I spent hours on it myself and in 15 minutes Martia had it all worked out. Sure you might have to wait a little longer to get a CHAT going but when it does I have had nothing but amazing experiences. I'm sold. I left that cool color host as it just kept getting worse and worse but this has been a breath of fresh air. AMAZING!

Whenever I have an issue, the customer service support team is always at hand to resolve my issue in a matter of minutes or according to the duration they have communicated for the issue to be resolved.
