Have been with Hostgator for years with no issues. At weekend checked my website to find it had gone down. After 6 hours and 3 different online Chat people a simple reset of the DNS settings corrected it. This though is not the main issue. Hostgator changed the 'pointing' display without warning me it would bring down my website if not updated. Had I not checked my site, which on the whole I don't really need to do that often it would have been down for much longer than the 5 days. I rely on my site for new business. So when enquiries dropped to zero i knew something was wrong. Hostgator have cost me potentially thousands in lost revenue. On this basis I would look elsewhere if you are looking for a host as their communication is zero. Thanks though to Ignas for advising the check that corrected things.

After a whole year with, they are so great and helpful.They response immediately to help customers, and there employees are so CUTE and RESPECTFUL.

Worried about moving my site to a new hosting service. Thanks to Hostgator automation and CS, the event was seamless and not taxing. Accessing my site to work on is available from Hostgator as well making everything easy. Now I am launching a new site and business using their service.

Great quality price. I've in issues and the support was efficient to provide the response. I was also refunded, for one cancellation of one service I contracted by mistake, and it was immediately approved.

do not use this hosting provider.I had been using Hostgator since 6 years, they was good, but now thier server and emplyee are not good as they was. each day error accuring with websites, if you will fix one thing then other error, everyday you will face error and errors with your websites, if you will speak with them they won't reply me positive.

Mark at Tech support fixed my email DNS problem immediately. The world needs more Marks.

An absolute scam of a company. I have two websites and their emails with them and they treat me like the lowest of low.I had apparently a fake report that I was phishing. Without consulting or verifying they blocked all my emails based on a fake report. I can not receive client emails or send based on that and they are still "looking into it" 3 days now and going. The damage is already huge and I just wait for them to see they mistake. They are awful, they cost you more than they help you and this is not the first time I had problems with them. Avoid like the plague and if someone had the same issue with me please reach out to act against them together legally. They are insane and don't understand how they affect businesses. AVOID!

The customer support team has done a great job at responding to my support request in a timely fashion. I also like the fact that they reached out to me to see how my progress is going and remind me to ask for help at any time. Best hosting experience I've ever had in the past 18 years.
