terrible customer service i received today Hostgator have changed alot lately, i cant even get a simple script installed without hassle because there file manager is useless, i installed the script in minutes at other provider i use and it works fine, there customers service is a joke telling me to get a professional to look at the script files to see if there faulty but i already told him i installed this script fine at 20 i and it works fine!!! its Hostgator with the problems

Hosting charges are affordable. Best part is your website builder. It helps people like me who know zilch about coding/ website making. However, 4 stars are because there are some issues in website builder and Ihave written about it earlier. I am not good at making/building website but I know how a gret website should be, hence this feedback.
