They are providing much better service at affordable prices, I have been using it for 3 years will be using in future too, I have already two domains will be adding much more and I have suggested my all friends to use Hostgator. Using since 2023 and the review is1) Customer support is very Good.2) Easy Refund policy, Don't like the service then get refund within 30 days.3) VPS Service is good but (4) .4) VPS speed 300 Mb/s Network that I don't like ,need 1Gbps speed.

I would not recommend using Hostgator. Pay close attention to what others are saying. When selecting a hosting, I saw a negative review of Hostgator and dismissed it as an exception. Unfortunately, my experience proved otherwise.I purchased a domain through Hostgator and built a personal website, investing significant time and effort. However, just three days after launching, my site was suspended. Hostgator accused me of violating their terms and conditions due to a trademark issue with another company that had a similar name to my domain. I was completely unaware of the existence of this other company.It turned out that the domain name suggested by Hostgator's recommendation engine appeared to violate someone else's trademark. How was I supposed to know this if Hostgator itself didn’t initially identify the domain name as an issue?Hostgator also suspended my access to all the source code for my website, which did not violate any terms and represented a week's worth of work. I have been unable to regain access and now face the prospect of rebuilding everything from scratch. In addition, I was waiting a week for them to review my case and it was just a time lost. Hostgator refused to lift the suspension and showed no interest in negotiating. They also declined to refund my purchase or provide another domain and migrate the source code. As a business owner and manager, I find their level of service unacceptable and unprofessional, especially for a company of Hostgator's size. I would strongly recommend passing them by.

we bought hosting 10 days a go and still we are waiting or transfer. I don't understand and after several tickets just we got one email that its under process.
