I have just joined but so far I am loving the hpanel. Clean and user friendly UI. The platform is also fast, I can already see good performance level of my site. There are lot of back end stuff that in other hosting site, you will have to do to get your site health at a good level but here I see ready made platform.

My experience today with Maria was excellent, she was very rpoactive and willing to help without me asking for thisngs, she just asked me one question and went the extramile since she i guess noticed that i had 0 knowledge about what i had to do! she sent me the steps in a picture and was very easy, other people sends the steps on what to do, but MAria was the extra mile! im so happy i hope i can ask for her assistance next time :)

I moved my site to Hostgator because of the reviews and price. I had a lot of trouble getting my site going, but with human help did get it up and running. Then got some error messages and again it took human help to get it resolved. Once I got to a real person, all help has been good.

Although I couldn't upload my website I am a Rapid Weaver User Ihave used it for years, but for some reason the inbuilt publisher would not connectBut the aftersales cancellation was amazingly helpful.Ambriel was on the ball no messing emails returned instantly, very polite and understanding. The website builder is amazing. It did in a matter of minutes what took hours using WordPress. Even with all of the innovations, themes and premade sites available in WordPress, Hostgator's AI website builder is so much quicker and easier to use. It makes the process quite enjoyable. The blog posts it auto-magically wrote were accurate and well written. You can't tell that it was written by AI. It is almost scary.I love that Hostgator set up all the CName records for me automatically to use my custom email account with Gmail. I had to do it manually, reading tutorials and watching a YouTube video with my previous company.Hostgator's dashboard is beautiful and more user friendly than my previous company's so I migrated my site even though I had four months left on my plan that cost at 4-5 times more.The chat response is very prompt. I have waited hours with a previous host.
