Overall had a good experience in Hostgator Website builder. It has a wide range of stunning Web templates. But i found some issue while working with Hostgator website builder. There are difference between image sizes in the Website editor mode and the preview mode which are not correctly sized according to the website editor.And there are no proper payment methods which supports in Srilanka. There are only PayPal in their payment methods for Srilanka. There are Stripe, TwoCheckout, Payoneer services which is supports Srilanka. Thanks

...for a non-techy client, I was over my head without knowing what to do. But the customer service via chat has my back and yours. You can ask them or the AI anything about your site and they will try to help as humanly possible, especially if you have a million things to do and can not afford to hire the "guys" in the tech sector and at the same time a startup with no capital. The case of a dodgy plugin that took over my site for a false backlinks was banished effectively.

I only have acess to your control panel via mobile earlier tofay I couls create a subdomain and install a 2nd wordpress installation.I think My account might have been hacked. The wordpress menu has dissapeared and the creation of subdomains

I mistakenly ordered hosting services and when I realized my error I expected to get the runaround. It was only $200 and I almost let it go.They had emailed me a confirmation and when I clicked the link I was able to ask for a refund. They replied wihin two minutes and two clicks later...problem solved.
