Our DNS was having trouble connecting so our site was down and their phone service rep helped get it back up and running. We are transferring from Square Space and so glad that Namecheap has phone customer service (unlike Square Space) for issues like this.

Mark was a cool and smooth operator. He knew what he was doing and walked me through the process. I did ask for a coupon to aid in cost but he said only new products. Not Mark's fault but Namecheap you can do better than that. Word to your mother!
