my extremely terrible experience at Namecheap, Namecheap automatically moved my server to a new server starting from the 21st (pre-announced) and the old and new servers crashed and were inaccessible since then. until the 28th, my server was accessible again but the website on my server was down due to Namecheap's data transfer problem. i sent support tickets many times but the problem was not fixed. i was forced to move my server to a new provider myself. terrible.Rate the quality of service on a scale of 10: server quality 5 points, service 4 points, price 3 points. spent a lot of money but did not get a worthy result. terrible. i created a ticket to request a refund but have not received it yet. Namecheap must compensate for the damage you caused me
