I was having difficulty activating my business e-mail on my phone's app. I tried resolving the issue myself through research on the internet. I wish I'd contacted customer support sooner so I could have saved myself the trouble. Once again they were able to assist efficiently. It took a matter of minutes vs. the 2.5 hrs I spent trying to fix it. Customer service rep was easy to understand, patient and polite.
