Every time I call Bluehost, I have a great experience with their tech support specialist. The last call I was on was cut off, so that is frustrating but it was a long call and I know how upper management works. If it goes to long, cut them off. My tech Elijah was amazing and I gave him a raving review because he was clear and precise in his communication and there was no communication barriers at all. I've honestly never had any issues with Bluehost's customer service and thing they are ranked at the top of any support people I've ever worked with and I've been in IT for nearly 35 years.
