My most recent Guide at Bluehost was Raquel who was amazing, smart, thoughtful and clearly cared. She took the extra time to properly evaluate an complicated issue caused by a prior representative. Mistakes happen, and we all know it is how they are handled that differentiates great from the good. She is the reason we will stay with Bluehost.

Customer service was amazing, the rep helped walk me through a complicated issue even though it wasn't apart of their side of the issue, thanks so much

the agent at Bluehost found the reason for the problem I was having with my domain and helped me understand the problem. However he did not know all the networking technologies.

Every time I call Bluehost, I have a great experience with their tech support specialist. The last call I was on was cut off, so that is frustrating but it was a long call and I know how upper management works. If it goes to long, cut them off. My tech Elijah was amazing and I gave him a raving review because he was clear and precise in his communication and there was no communication barriers at all. I've honestly never had any issues with Bluehost's customer service and thing they are ranked at the top of any support people I've ever worked with and I've been in IT for nearly 35 years.

Bluehost's 24/7 service is awesome. AND the fact that I had the choice to talk to a real person was just as helpful. The fact that Bluehost provides service as soon as you need it, as opposed to having to wait the next business day to resolve issues, is crucial for me and my business accounts.

I truly appreciate the fact that Bluehost has actual PEOPLE to answer the phone and address issues in a world where customer service has almost completely disappeared. John was polite, knowledgeable and he answered my questions easily and completely.
