OMG ZERO stars is what they should have. After spending several thousand dollars to have my website updated and taken care of, after one year the website completely disappeared and went back to the old website that I designed that was outdated. I called and called and no one would help me. They just keep trying to get me to pay more money. They re a rip off and I will be switching to another company. Don't waste your time or money on GO Daddy.

I like that I can call and speak with someone. The wait time, if any, is usually short and the reps do everything they can to resolve any issues I've had. This time, I had a renewal of an email address that I was charged for that I never used and while Derek was unable to process the refund during our call because of a "glitch", he did call me back 30 minutes later to inform me that it was resolved.
