I’m giving 4 stars because it did take 3 tries - so don’t give up. I had a credit card issue and on the 3rd call , Jacob figured it out and came up with a very smart solution. The tech support is always 5 stars when I need to work on my website builder. If I can create and manage a website- anyone can because it’s very simple and the free tech support is 5 stars.

Marco resolved my renewal issue in a timely manner.He was polite and respectful.Give him a raise.However I was annoyed to have to phone Go Daddy in the first place because they defaulted the on-line billing to a two-year term with no option available to change it back to one year.

I have been using Bluehost services for many years now I have no regrets other than the fact that despite excellent service. their fees an product costs is rather expensive compared to other platforms.Apart from the high cost, their system is very stable and they have an excellent support team that is always willing to help resolve any issues you may have. I also wish that they had a Live Chat System rather than having to call all the time.

Mixed feelings. Bluehost is too hard-sell, and very good at taking money from those who are inexperienced in web and email hosting and don't perhaps know what they are purchasing. As a web developer, I wouldn't use them myself. Nevertheless, my recent experience with their DNS support on behalf of clients has been very good. Quick to respond and quick to deal with the issue.
