The representative was very helpful, and fixed my problem quickly. I would not have had the problem however, if Go Daddy formatted their account page more intuitively. The tiles on the page are complicated to navigate, and I ended up purchasing hosting for the wrong domain. Shawn was able to fix it, and I’m all set now but this problem never would’ve happened if you would consider re-organizing that part of your website to be more intuitive for users. Love go daddy have had great experiences and remain a happy customer.

Bluehost is a major player with millions of accounts, but their chat and telephone help feels personal. Everytime I need help they are there with minimum or no waiting.
