Bluehost will advertise that a domain is available - when it is not.They will allow you to checkout for over $200USD, and then tell you that you need to make an offer on the domain to the true domain owner.Then, support staff will do everything they can to make you do one of two things that will make you ineligible to receive a refund.1. Waste over 48 hours - making it too long to receive the refund.or2. Get you to engage their consulting service by any means possible.I have managed to avoid engaging the consulting service by raising a support request merely seconds after realising that I had not purchased the domain.Over 24 hours in to the support and they are still - buying their time even after promising the refund multiple times.The business processes are designed to be misleading and scam you of your money.Do not buy from Bluehost.
