The human help desk is top level support. The AI for Chat is by far the best I’ve used. Meaning, the questions asked make sense and serve up the humans that have all the info to actually solve your issue. Quickly.

I must say, after trying Avenue subs in Coronado for the first time I am completely 100% sold out on the incredible freshness… Selection… Flavor… But most of all the friendly, incredible professionalism and mannerisms of the owner red… Not sure what his name is, but I think it’s red and at night yellow… My name is Clara Clara Patra, Queen of denial and my father had an Italian restaurant in Coronado for 40 years right down the street from Avenue subs… Everything is fresh homemade and family run just like Marco‘s Italian restaurant which is the historical Society building… I grew up in Coronado and it’s been a while since I’m able to come and relax. Got a nice parking spot and enjoyed from top to bottom being served and eating the best food I’ve had in decades… And I’m very picky… Because my father Marco Palumbo made us all picky… It’s all quality control and that’s what they have here so it is a pleasure to leave this review and try 878 Orange Ave.… Phone number 619-435-4668… You won’t regret it

I have been a Bluehost customer for many many years. Customer service is usually terrific and today was no different. Justine was wonderful, well spoken, loud enough for me to hear and just plain helpful. Really appreciate companies that still care enough about customer service. So many companies are outsourcing customer service to other countries and they just don’t care. I’ve been hung up on recently by HP customer service because I couldn’t understand what they were saying and couldn’t hear them. I asked them to speak into the phone and speak slowly and they hung up. Obviously Bluehost still cares about about customer service and it shows. Thank you Bluehost and thank you Justine.

Bluehost has come a long way from when they first started out. Unlike some companies, they have listened to those who use their products and really made an effort and subsequently changes to make the customer experience better! It's not just 'lip service' but rather a way for them to continue to improve and provide top-level products and experience for their customers. I would recommended Bluehost first - every time.
