I was struggling with adding payments and shipping to my newly designed website. Other Go Daddy reps sent me videos to watch to learn the process. My whole day changed when I got through to Johanna in inbound sales and care team. Johanna went the extra mile in assisting me. She didn't just give me a number to call and left me to it, she stayed on the phone for the best part of 2 hours and guided me through the process which she didn't know herself she asked team members in the WDS dept. Johanna is kind, patient and caring and is a huge asset to Go Daddy. I hope I meet someone with her positive outlook and positivity to work in my company in the future.

Bluehost has very friendly and - above all - patient staff, who are on call 24/7 to solve any internet and email dilemmas. For this reason, I will always recommend Bluehost. However this is why domain name registration etc costs a bit more with Bluehost than other providers.
