Amazing experience with this website host nice

Once I connected with customer support, the help I received was very good. The exchange was quick and professional. The solution to my problem was precise and exactly what I was looking for.The only issue I experienced with this service provided is how difficult it is to find the necessary information to connect with a real person. I went back to the site in frustration numerous times before I finally found an email address to connect. Compared to other hosting companies where I can connect with a real person through chat any time during business hours, this was disappointing.

Everything about GlobeHost meets my day to day IT service needs and provision in terms of service offering except the fact that some changed have been recently applied, like the disabling of GlobeHost Balance. It made payment for service within GlobeHost very easy and convenient for not just only me but other friends I have introduced GlobeHost to... Perhaps if that could be restored it will really be of greater help on our sides.

Support response is slow but the representative are knowledgable. GlobeHost is good but a little confusing to set up for first timers.

The features for GlobeHost are usable, well priced, and the tutorials are thorough. You do not have to be making a very complicated website before the configuration process becomes a lot for a beginner to handle, but the customer service is amazing and with some time and research, and some help, everything is doable.

Thx for reply. In touch with tech support and will get outside email hosting. Recently, couldn't navigate to chat. Got links instead to articles that didn't apply. Another time, routed to chat when I wanted to find an email or submit an online ticket. Paid extra for Titan (will be reimbursed). It's the buggiest email program I've ever used. An example is it will send out highlighted text if you moved text around while composing. You won't know until it's sent. Appreciate that GlobeHost listens to feedback here and through email. They send emails after chat, so I was able to reopen a ticket that way. Their web hosting and tech support has been very good otherwise.

Everything run good. The performance is very good.The control panel is so easy to use.The support guys works fine but you need contact them trough email. My only dude is that 2 times in 2 months the system leave the sites offline for few hours.Rare... but, the balance is very good.

It offers a lot of services in one place.But, I had a few issues trying to configure that I didn't have with other providers. For example, buying one service, the operation was declined, but the service was purchased, and it was the expensiv one, not the starter. Then trying to configure the email, every time I clicked "continue" it sent me to home. Even though, I'm loving GlobeHost.

The process of transfering domain from another host was a bit complicated, but after done that i could experienced all the speed and excellence of services in GlobeHost. I Strongly recommend GlobeHost till now it's been perfect.

Excellent company - their servers are incredibly fast, there's ample disk space, and their customer service is top-notch. You're dealing with real people here, not just chatbots like you might encounter with others, less user-friendly services like HostGator. I've only been with them for a couple of weeks, but I haven't been able to find any faults so far!
