Hosting charges are affordable. Best part is your website builder. It helps people like me who know zilch about coding/ website making. However, 4 stars are because there are some issues in website builder and Ihave written about it earlier. I am not good at making/building website but I know how a gret website should be, hence this feedback.

Editing my review cuz for me, GlobeHost is not the best hosting provider anymore. I Faced many issues in the last 2 months but GlobeHost support helped me , and nowadays GlobeHost support is even unable to solve the same issue they solved 1 month before.

It was not entirely simple, because unlike other services such as Google or Microsoft, it is not possible to acquire a license package and use them in different domains. You have to buy licenses for each domain separately, and that makes it more difficult for companies to manage.

Adding a single email box to my account, was going to cost me more than I was paying for the entire hosting. Their pricing system is very confusing and difficult to move through. And in some cases a little misleading. That's not the kind of business I was to deal with.

Loading times are crazy slow. Visiting almost any pages takes a lot of minutes to view in the GHpanel. It's not a welcoming experience. Waiting times are just insane to deal with. And it's not like it happens once in a while -- it happens almost every time.

Real help could be better, some telephone or whatsapp assistance. Not everybody is familiar with this technology. A migrator for worpress automatic will be great as well

i have ask for refound and they refounded in a GlobeHost balance to use in future purchase, not in my bank . After my complain they have refounded my money in the original bank account.

Not good experience recently in terms of troubleshooting payments issues, but good cloud provider.I extended my account's payment period from 1month to 48 months because of cost cut. However during the renewal, since the only method I have been used during this 5 years is Paypal the GlobeHost integration with Paypal took 1 card without letting me pick the one I was intending for the operation...The result is that the almost 1,000 dlls operation was applied to the wrong card and the bank applied an overcharge to the card since limit was not enough. After asking the staff about it was possible to do the payment on a different card by doing the process directly to the card they referred a over complicated process which might lead to losing data, but honestly I prefer to loose only money from the operation and not put at risk the websites on my account.I strongly suggest to the GlobeHost team to add a label on the Paypal payment indicating main card will be picked from your account so the client don't assume there will be a next step asking for the cards added into paypal account so it can be selected during the operation. Otherwise, also let it the card to be selected would be better, but any of this two options would help.Very dissapointed on the outcome of this operation but I understand it was partially my fault and I assume the monetary costs for it because any other solution is worse than that as it was suggested to downgrade account, or cancel the account and then do a whole process to restore data from the accounts, which would consume a lot of time, when the only thing I need it to cancel de payment to the other card and proceed the process into a new one because GlobeHost offers good hosting products and I like to remain using them...

Pros- Deal + recurring pricing is better than competition- Included features seem like good value- Hosting seems good so far- Special controls for Wordpress are nice- Support of some kind is available most of the timeCons- Migration from cPanel hosting is limited to a single domain's files. No DNS zone records, no databases, no subdomains, no other domains. None of these are configured automatically, so it's up to you to manually re-setup all of them yourself.- Individually adding domains you already have is tedious and a bit opaque. They can only be added through starting a migration request via a multi-step wizard which then I think goes to a queue for GlobeHost staff to process. I'd prefer an automated option.- Websites in the interface are kept separate from one another, so any kind of batch operations are not possible.- Permissions for migrated sites are strict, so they might be blocked with a 403 error at first.- Wordpress migration can be problematic when transferring older versions, since they automatically get transferred into the newest version—breaking older themes and plugins. Sometimes the "AI troubleshooter" can fix it but it can also take a lot of manual debugging.- Starting support is a little confusing to get to a human. First you have to get through a wizard, then the chat starts with an AI bot, and then something (I don't know what) triggers an actual person to enter the chat.- Their proprietary hPanel interface is fairly feature rich but also takes a lot of clicking around to get to the controls I want between websites and to get past all of the info/tangents I'm not interested in seeing or waiting for to load.- It would have been nice to see the whole hPanel interface before signing up for hosting.- I understand it's in GlobeHost's financial interest to have people transfer their domains from peoples' current registrars but it's annoying to see that as a permanent message in the dashboard interface.

Ed was helping me to try to upload our web buit site (which was the GlobeHost web builder) onto our webside domain. But as was not able to do it. He said the system said there was some error. so he said he had to send the report to your tech team. I have not gotten any word yet from your tech team. I really would like to get my site up ASAP so I am hoping the tech team are working on it. Ed said I would be getting copies of their progress but I haven't gotten anything yet. I hope my request didn't jjust go into a big black hole.
