The page is not easy to use, it has a lot of defects, you have to install and uninstall things, the basic things like adding a link.The only good thing is that I got support and fast answers from the staff.

GlobeHost provides decent VPS hosting at a pretty good value ... *if* you get their promotional 1- or 2-year pricing. I initially signed up for a monthly contract to try out the service before committing to an annual plan. I was hoping that if I converted it to an annual plan, they would give me the ~60% discount they advertise quite boldly, if I asked for it. In my experience, that is something almost any subscription-based service will do. However I was informed that no, that pricing is *only* for new services, and that I would have to go through the hassle of spinning up a new server, transferring everything, and deleting the old one to get it. So since I was going to have to do that to get a sustainable price anyway (because their undiscounted, monthly rate is *not* such a great value), I informed customer service that I intended to look for another hosting provider. They literally said "good luck". I had already paid them for 3 months of service, amounting to more than 60% of the introductory price of an annual subscription. I wasn't asking for a credit, I was looking to expand my business with them.It would have been trivial for GlobeHost to grant me the discount without forcing me to provision a new server. I took their refusal to do so as an indication that they didn't really value my business. So take note, the introductory promotional pricing looks good, but your bill will *almost triple* once that promotional period ends. The service is good and worth the intro price for the 2-year contract, but you had better sign up for it from the start. After your intro period is up, you'll have to wash, rinse, and repeat if you want to keep that pricing (and no, you can't just download an image of your VPS and redeploy it). If you start with a monthly plan, you're S.O.L.Introductory pricing is a marketing gimmick, and I'd rather spend my money somewhere that wants to keep my business enough to extend a common courtesy.

The hosting plans and the website builder is fantastic. The only frustrating problem is that we can't transfer the ownership of a website. I have created different websites for different people on my hosting plan but i am not able to give access of a specific website. GlobeHost needs to work on this. Either there should be an option to download a backup and then restore it on the new account. this problem is eating me...I hope to get a solution as soon as possible.

using the Horizon AI app creator, which is very buggy, trying to make an IT booking system, it bases itself on having message minutes which you have to pay for upfront, no trial and the process is so buggy i ended up using 35% of my messages to create my app just to get it to display, then it would break by itself, use more messages until it ran out and I had then wait a month for refresh or pay for next tier, i did ask if they could give me some of my "wasted minutes" back but that was a no go. I don't the app is quite ready for mission critical jobs yet, IMO, support was ok, just and they did give me a refund, although i would have quite happily accepted my buggy minutes back to complete the app. I am quite happy to roadtest it.

My experience may change.... I just signed up for GlobeHost to migrate my website from WPengine, and the transition has been a 1 out of 100. The experience has been painful, and the customer service is your typical experience of working with a company that is not in the US, and doesn't take hand holding white glove experience serious. We have tried the auto migration that timed out and didn't work, I spent 5 hours on chat trying to do it manually, and they want the file in a certain zip that doesn't work, and now they put me off for another few days trying to find a solution. The problem I have is that WPengine sent me the file and I fowarded it to them, and they won't just do it for me. very frustrating. I might find a new one with REAL customer service. Ghost BoardsUpdate: April 7th: Finally got my website transitioned over. That was worse then going to the dentist for a cavity.... just be aware!*** Now that I have the website on GlobeHost - The SPEED is INSANE! 10 times faster then WP ENGINE. *** HAPPY NOW, I would give them a 5 star if the onboarding and migrating was easier, so I moved them from a 1 star to a 3.

The free email plan included is only 1 Go storage per mail account. It is very insufficient for an IMAP configuration especially considering the webmail does not allow to configure an automatic deletion of older mails and block incoming mails once storage is full.Hopefully, Wordpress hosting seems to be very efficient !

They had a nice hosting package, but the website builder was awful. I also tried to use WordPress and couldn't get past the first step. I spent hours on excruciatingly slow chat help to no avail. I wanted to like this company, but alas, It felt like pulling teeth to try to get help.

GlobeHost hosts our ecommerce website. The hosting service works reasonably well. However, the data speeds are only mediocre--i.e. the site doesn't load as quickly as it should at times. The customer service is rather poor. It's hard to reach anybody without a long wait. For example, I'm currently waiting for Live Chat right now as I write this, and once again, there's a very long wait (over 40 minutes at this point). I'm debating whether to renew or try a different service.

I like GlobeHost. In 2020 I bought a 3 year hosting plan which was amazing. This time around I bought a plan but wasn't really into it just few minutes after I bought so I requested a refund and the refund page had issues so I messaged support and she was supper helpful. My problem is the refund time 7 to 15 business days is too much out of that I like GlobeHost.
