The GoDaddy IT employees are truly helpful. It’s quick and easy to connect with a living human being who knows what they are doing, and can guide users through confusing IT issues. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Sometimes, I don't have a lot of time to deal with the minutia of dealing with web configurations etc. Every time I've needed them, GoDaddy reps have been both swift and professional - jsut what I need!

I currently used GoDaddy SEO service, and i must say it was shocking! they will call once and if you dont answer they won't call back for another month, The staff a rude and lied about my contact details saying they only had 1 phone number and email address. After 7 month my website didnt apear anywhere on Goggle, but there report said i had 4999 visitors and 1 sale, never saw that sale. When checking Google search i didnt rank in 100+ I do NOT recommed using GoDaddy.

Angel took the time to explain my bill and help me with several questions that arose during our conversation. An issue that comes up is always handled promptly and efficiently. I usually call because I am not very tech savvy and GoDaddys team makes it easier for me.

I had a truly awful experience with GoDaddy’s so-called "Website Design" service. From the start, it was clear that they are not a professional design agency but more of a cookie-cutter template service that doesn’t care about the client’s vision or needs.The process was a nightmare. A website draft was created without any input, consultation, or sign-off from me, and what I was presented with was nothing short of appalling. It was an ugly, basic website, clearly thrown together with no creativity or thought. They simply copied the data from my current website into a template and expected me to be satisfied with minor tweaks. There was no consideration of the more ambitious ideas I had clearly communicated.When I expressed my dissatisfaction and made it clear that I either wanted the entire site rebuilt or a refund, I was initially told I could get one—only to later find out it would be just 70%. This was never mentioned up front, and frankly, feels like a complete bait-and-switch tactic.To add insult to injury, they tried to call me to discuss the matter instead of resolving it via email, which felt like they were trying to avoid accountability or smooth over the situation with more false promises.GoDaddy is NOT a website design agency. They’re just selling you a basic template and charging you for it like it’s custom work. I’ve since spoken with a real web design agency, and the difference in quality, care, and professionalism is night and day.Save your money, time, and energy, and avoid GoDaddy's "Website Design" service at all costs!
