Their support rep, Costa, was helpful and fixed issues quickly. Can't ask for more, and their managed WordPress is simple and a good intro for clients to a CMS that has a bit of a learning curve.

The rep was knowledgeable and very respectful. She was helpful when I was struggling with inputting my own password!

They are not hard to contact. The answer is quick and the staff is so accomodating, professionally amiable and never leave you until the issue that you brought up is resolve. Im so thankful especially to the young lady who helped me and she is very professional in speaking in behalf of her co-staff and the company as a whole. Go for GoDaddy, folks!
