Absolute garbage technical support 5 days and several calls later and they still cant sort out a simple Domain forwarding issue. The tech support staff are both rude and clueless and extremely difficult to understand their speech!

The dentist himself was very kind, respectful, and made me feel very comfortable! The assistant on the other hand was so rude, rough, and disrespectful. I have never been treated like that by anyone let alone an assistant. I got no paper to leave with and woke up the next day with clots and blood in my mouth because they gave me nothing. I had to call them back to get antibiotics and gauze. I'm just really upset because I had already paid 3,000 out of pocket, I'd expect to be treated nicely especially by an assistant. To top it off, I had to miss work the next day because they didn't give me anything to prepare with and didn't tell me anything of what I should expect to happen. Just unprofessional in my opinion. This office would be great if he got a new assistant!!

I had a bit of a panic as my DNS was migrated from a GoDaddy affiliate to their own system. Shut my company down for several days but Jas (Jassim Al-Murri) from GoDaddy came to my aid and figured it out with patience and calm that I was struggling to find. Thank you Jas!

I have been with Godaddy for around 14 years and there's good reason for it. They have always been efficient and even when wrinkles occur, they have been corrected and bettered. I'm a Developer with multiple entities. They have always had a service to match and grow with my needs. As with subcontractors, it can be difficult finding companies that demand the best and deliver. There will always be things that go wrong or beyond control, but its how the issues are handled and corrected that makes top notch companies stand out. I expect to be with them another 14 years at this point.

Bought a Domain which was ours but somehow it was transferred from Domain.com and we could not renew. Somehow GoDaddy acquired the name and put it for sale on the web for $6000.00 we bought it under Buy Now for $50.00. However GD kept putting off registering it with a multitude of excuses. End result we had to get a refund. The site is still listed for sale at $5995.00 and our customers think we are out of business. All we ask is take this down. as it is we have to now go under a different domain name cost$14.95 for something with a .net. This Company is fraudulently seizing on domain names and in effect blackmailing the original owners to retrieve the name which in fact would cost $20.00 This needs to stop and it will. Oh and if you see a response about them sending an e mail that is just another lie. Please go elsewhere for your web business. As I said the answer to this review is rubbish they are selling the name for $5995.00 it's plain to see on the search engine. The name is worth $20.00 at best. Crooks

The worst service out there. Everything is super complicated, the site is super slow and everything loads sooo slowly. If you have any problem at all, good luck finding whats wrong and even more finding a help. You have to pay extra for everything and if you want even one more feature you have to pay pay pay
