Where to start ...................... I was lied to and mis sold a new website, design, hosting, domain and emails. I had a website but wanted a re design and to move hosts. I was told by a really lovely sales associate that I would not be without a website, the domain would transfer over and I would have my old website initially until my new website was designed. Also if I had any small issues or tweaks they would always help and i didn't need to have the monthly fee for constant support. Nothing would be too much trouble.I was WITHOUT A WEBSITE AND EMAIL ACCOUNT FOR TWO MONTHS! two months I was paying for GoDaddy I may add, all because they didn't transfer everything over in the timeline the promised.Then the website design was a nightmare, i was given a very tight deadline to send over a mass of information and images. When I signed up i was told because I already had a website they would only need images from me, this wasn't the case. It was a very busy time for me and they kept pressuring me and saying if i didn't send everything over in 5 days they would no longer build my website. I had just paid them £1,500! I advised them of the text I what I wanted but they didn't listen, they said their wording was better! I asked for a few changed which they didn't make. I complained about the process and was fobbed off. I said I'd like to cancel and get my money back but they wouldn't do that. I asked to listen to the recording of the sales call when i signed up and they refused to let me. They gave me 1 month free support which I didn't get round to using because I was very busy over that period. I called customer services a number of times, no call was ever less than an hour long, 90% of that on hold passing me from person to person. I was constantly told I had to pay more for support.There is an issue with the contact form on the website, the 'submit' button is hidden and you can't scroll down to it, this is preventing me from getting any new enquiries. It's been over 7 months and they still haven't fixed it for me!! Bearing in mind they designed my website and I had website design services for 3 of those months this is shocking. They refused to help me and they constantly just want more money. Talking to customer services is painful, they are clueless. I really wish I had never gone with GoDaddy, massive regret.Despite their response below NOONE has been in touch

im a small business owner I dont know about their hosting services but this is what i know of godaddy recently i forgot to renew my domain and when i was trying to buy it again it says godaddy is the new owner and the domain is on sale for 6000$.domain name is khazarshoes who would need this other than me?and this is not even a Chinese or Indian company this is a us company

GoDaddy has a unique talent for ruining everything it touches. Three years ago, I stopped using them as a domain registrar, and now they've outdone themselves by ruining the WP Manage tool too. They should train their developers in asynchronous web development.
