Carl from GoDaddy was an amazing customer service person. I am not very knowledgeable about most website issues, yet he not only solved my issue, with little help from me, but treated me like an intelligent, albeit not informed, person. Much appreciated.

It has been cumbersome, but I appreciate the assistance provided by GoDaddy.

The customer service rep., Troy, is outstanding...as I have found all the reps to be. Everytime I think that maybe there is another provider out there that may be better the answer is always no. Love using GoDaddy.

My Deciding on using GoDaddy was based on the ease of using a web design template and customizing it to my liking. The fees are comparible I think. It's wss easy to reach the customer service dept when I had a sign-in issue Carlos the csr did a great job in sorting it out.

I was able to simply call GoDaddy and speak with Chris. He had all the answers and then some. It was so rewarding after dealing with all the chatting back and forth with Shopify.

I called in for some general support. A couple of things had been handled incorrectly on my account. I wasn’t upset; I just wanted to get the issue resolved. The gentleman I spoke to was so so so helpful, compassionate, and funny that I could not give anything lower than a 15 star rating.
