Go Daddy is easy and efficient company to deal with. I have used other companies for websites but all of them pale in comparison. A special shout out to Mavendra, who pleasantly and quickly resolved a concern.

I called to update DNS server information for email redirect, and also to redirect multiple domains to one. Usually a pretty technical process Bill has been there 10 years. He told me he got me fixed up and ready within 15 minutes or less your Godaddy continues to kick everybody’s butt in Customer Service And Bill is a huge part of that!

Price increased of $10 WITHOUT any notice. Called customer service and they stated sorry we also do not see that we sent an email for the price increase. These big companies and their pricing games is just ridiculous.

I just got off the phone with Dan who really knew what he was talking about and solved my somewhat complicated problem in a flash. A lot of service providers have thick accents that make communication tough at times (the Scottish accents are the worst!). Didn't have that problem today. Dan also had some great recommendations that were truly looking out for my best interests. I'm sticking with GoDaddy... plus they've got killer Superbowl commercials!
