Bought their domain backorder service to capture a domain I needed, but when the domain expired and became available, GoDaddy just sent email saying it was unsuccessful. Their domain updates are also way too delayed, like a week after the domain status already changed. Then, they totally rug pulled by cancelled their backorder service and giving only 1 year to continue using it. Original service stated that customers had 3 years to use the backorder, in case of unsuccessful attempts.Not satisfied with GoDaddy and will never use any of their other web services, either.

Whatever you do, DON'T use the Godaddy Web Design Services. Once it's built, they transfer all of your support to the Philippines. If you need to make modifications or fix an issue, they are horrible at addressing it. Because of the language barrier, making simple modifications is a nightmare. If your website happens to go down, it will take them 1 to 3 business days for them to address it in their ticket system. Run away!
