UPDATE - Replying to GoDaddy - I am not a customer so cannot provide a number , and you have my email address already, so I am not providing anymore personal details. You are linked directly to SITEMING and you are taking money so you appear to have my personal info. I have had to cancel my account info and report you to Action Fraud . I require you to pay back the £200+ that you have taken so far. Under the name siteming.com this company has taken £200 fraudulently from my personal account. I only discovered by my bank asking a query.This company told my bank they are a Digital media company . I am a 70 year old retired widow , why would I have any dealings . I am now losing £54 per month . But there are no contact us details for the company. DONT TOUCH.

I transferred my domain names to Go Daddy, as the customer service from the previous registrar was poor and most things involved reading different articles which were not that user-friendly to non-technical people.Speaking with Santiago was refreshing - he was very helpful and did everything. He was very friendly and patient, and addressed all my queries.One piece of feedback for Go Daddy is to have your pricing clearly stated as without VAT, as I’d assumed what was on the website was all inclusive.
