I called in to get some technical help on my website I was building. The system seemed to be glitchy. The gentleman at GoDaddy just deleted my website. I was furious. I came back to Wix with my website because there AI is so much better and everything about making websites is so much easier. Plus if you want them to build your site at GoDaddy they charge $1900. I found free-lancers on Wix to make my 1 page site simple in one day with seo, alt tags, meta tags etc. for $300. The only good thing that GoDaddy did was refund my money but I had to fight for that. They were trying to give me an in house credit. Get outta here, stick with Wix and save yourself from a world of headache and extortion.

Go Daddy has been a reliable source for my online web site for several years! I recommend them, & recently had to call in for some tech support to renew my site, & JT, the Rep I spoke with was excellent & super helpful, took care of everything I needed! He was a Shining example of this being a good trustworthy company to carry your website!

I worked with this company for 6 months. At first glance, it looks pretty good until you need actual resources. I requested a Windows server from this company, and it didn't work. Then I asked for help from their support, but they couldn't assist for several days. They just kept asking me to try the same things over and over. I decided to ask for a refund because the service was not provided, and the support was very poor. However, they refused to return my money! They just stole it!I do not recommend using this company. If you have another choice, it's better to go with a different provider.

GoDaddy's great I love that you can make your own website and if you know how to make your own website you can basically do everything yourself you don't need any help from anybody so it's basically do it yourself and then if you need help they just charge you for help so it's really cool

Rovic, is patient and very knowledgeable of technical Go-Daddy issues concerning Microsoft email on .com sign in procedures on a desktop using Windows, where Microsoft mandates extra sign in layers like Authenticator. Just skip all the extra layers from Microsoft and install the Outlook pro app for desktop for $30 extra per year.
