The issue still hasn't been resolved.. I've just been trying to transfer a domain from GoDaddy to BlueHost. For some reason the domain transfer is being denied and failing. I don't believe it is GoDaddy's fault for this though. I believe this is a BlueHost issue. Iam leaving this 5 star review for the customer service representative from GoDaddy whom I spoke with. Sharon was amazing. She was kind, she was patient and she was super understanding. I've been on the phone for 3 - 4 hours with GoDaddy and Bluehost over the last 2 days and I think she fully gets why I'm pissed off.

Awful customer support. My account got locked, because I changed residency.I called support first time. They said to send verification to verifypayment at godaddy.com I did. No reply in a month.I called second time. CS person said "please send email again". I did.Nothing happened.I called third time, because my domain was about to expire. They were pretty happy to take my money to extend domain via phone number.And in the end they just said that they will send me an "email with instructions", which contained the same "send your ID to verifypayment at"CS agent "didn't find any traces of my call". Department that does validation is misteriously online whole in range of 6 hours.I wouldn't recommend using them to anyone.
