NEXT LEVEL Customer Service!I woke up one morning, checked my website and noticed that it had GONE! Disappeared. There was just a blank, white screen. Even the favicon was missing from the browser tool header. I waited until later in the day to contact customer support at Big Rock. The bot that responded was less than helpful. Its suggestions did not resolve my issue and I strongly believe that those suggestions were there to tie me up in tech turmoil for ages so I asked to be put in contact with a human.The bot responded and within seconds Patrick arrived on the scene. He identified the key issue as being a header/footer plugin that I hadn't updated.With text and screen grabs, Patrick was able to lead me to taking action that would resolve my issue. It worked! After a few plugin updates and a cache clear, the issue was resolved.As someone with quite a high general level of tech competence but with less of a clue about HTML, Javascript, JSON or fixing a WordPress website, it was a relief to have someone on the end of a live chat who was able to help so quickly with friendly and effective communication. Well done Big Rock. Please tweak the bot. ;-]

Never give up

So far the experience is good, but sometimes it takes time to load, even the Hpanel sometimes takes a long time to load. I opted Big Rock for its claim of high speed and optimized for wordpress, But sometimes it also disoppoints me and my clients are also complaining of poor speed and slow loading website.

Awful company, stay away from it!unressponsive and unprofessional don't west your money froud company

Big Rock repeatedly blocks our website due to a false copyright complaint. Despite paying approximately $1,000 per year for hosting services, our website is randomly blocked because of this erroneous claim. Multiple attempts to resolve this issue have only resulted in temporary unblocking, with no explanation or investigation provided. This level of service is unprofessional and unacceptable for the price range.We sell an online subscription service, and due to this situation, our users have been unable to access the site for over 24 hours (multiple times) without any explanation. This has resulted in approximately $7,000 in damages, including credit card chargebacks, lost revenue, and canceled subscriptions.We are moving all our accounts and websites from Big Rock, as they have shown no willingness to resolve the matter.UPDATE:After a full week still no update, after emailing several times and many promises we've decided to give up on them. Incredibly disappointed in the lack of service at Big Rock.
