A representative named Azizah turned it around for your company with her attitude, patience and knowledge, taking 30 mins or her time to fix my problem. She deserves a bonus, because she just saved your company from a 1 star review.

Big Rock Super Good

Loading times are crazy slow. Visiting almost any pages takes a lot of minutes to view in the hpanel. It's not a welcoming experience. Waiting times are just insane to deal with. And it's not like it happens once in a while -- it happens almost every time.

Support service works perfectly

They can't refund an auto-renew .tech domain. Renewed by mistake. They refund it.
