Changing a web hosting site can be daunting. I have no computer science knowledge and got stuck when I was moving my website from wix to Big Rock. However, I received swift and effective help from Big Rock via the chat option where -after a short chat with a bot- a human advisor solved my problem, in fact, she did the required steps for me instead of providing me instructions. I was very pleased.

I have tried all kinds of servers with my WordPress sites, and this is the first time I feel satisfied, especially with the performance. My sites' scores on Google Page Speed Insights went from a rating of 28 on mobile to a rating of 98 and 99 on desktop. The difference with the previous provider is very noticeable. Better than the previous ones in terms of price, capabilities, and performance. Others do not offer their own CDN, proprietary malware protection without plugins, support through an AI within each WordPress site specialized in this CMS for quick assistance without having to search the internet for specific topics. Default CloudFlare protection, which in other hosting services has to be done manually.
