I recently had a challenge with Big Rock in renewing my plan and posted here to share my experience. After sharing, I received a very quick follow-up, and they addressed my concern. I sincerely appreciate this prompt response and hope Big Rock makes this excellent service a standard part of their regular customer service, without customers needing to resort to writing negative reviews to be heard. I appreciate that Big Rock's customer service was quick and responsive when they saw my review here. My main request is for them to address the flaw that I experiences and flagged in their plan renewal process so that no one else needs to experience this struggle or spend time resolving it.

i have bought their highest VPS & cloud hosting plan, but the performance speed bad.Even other shared hosting is faster than Big Rock VPS.

One of the reasons I opted for Big Rock's paid service is the live chat support with a real person.Most of the instructions provided by the FAQs and ChatBots can be helpful, but when you are pushed for time and need your focus on other pressing issues it does save a lot of time and hassle when a real person can hop on and take care of stuff they are trained to do. The pleasant attitude also helps

The Big Rock support staff is excellent they stayed on 'Chat support' with me for hours while I worked through Migrating some of my clients' website from another Hosting company. Kudos to them.

It is easy and makes creating a website intuitively easy. The inbuild AI assist is an awesome feature.
