I don't usually bother leaving reviews, but the customer service I had with Big Rock today and yesterday were so good that I thought I should. Mae helped me today for 45 mins and did such an excellent job. It was honesty some of the best customer service I have experienced. Yesterday, Beatriz (I think I am remembering her name correctly) was also extremely helpful and friendly. Well done Big Rock!!!
