tell customers beforehand:imagine i want just to renew my Business Web Hosting Plan and its not for free, my plan will expire today 30/09. after i have been using their service for one month first then i talk in live chat with Santiago that he asked from me the 50 USD for the migration for my current plan, and i asked him Today because my current plan will expire and i asked him that is it okay to buy from Big Rock Marketplace Business Web Hosting Plan. imagine you're a customer and you dont get satisfied with the agent in live chat his name is Santiago and he refuse to pass me to a manager or Moderator, because i dont feel Safe after i heard 50 USD for the Migration, and he dont want to leave their emails, i am a customer and i have right for that and he keep saying that its impossible, so if you couldn't reach Moderator or Manager, so it mean a customer is just a number ? !!! you can only pay you dont have the right or the HOOONOOR to talk to the Manager, after you dont reach what you want from a Customer service Live chat Agent. i dont feel safe, i dont get the logic information and excatly when he asked me 50 euro to migrate my current plan in same Service (Big Rock) i want to switch my current plan from one Month to 1 Year imaaaaaaaaaaaagine !!! What is this Big Rock ?? i have right to try your service for one month before i will pay for one year. i am open for communication i have all the proof i can share with you all what you need, just to to let you know what happen. and i hate to hear that you cant reach a Moderator or Manager i want to know whyyyyyyy !!and i want to hear something from a Manager or Moderator.
