Big Rock is the worst hosting provider I’ve ever dealt with. My competitor filed a bogus claim using a fake email, and what did Big Rock do? Without any investigation, they banned my website. All they had to do was read the claim and realize it was a fake email, completely irrelevant to my site. But no, they couldn’t be bothered to care. Absolutely pathetic.
