We made a mistake going with them. Don't look at their low pricing. It is a trap. At first, when you sign up with them, everything looks good for several month, and then after that, they will send you emails to upgrade your hosting to a higher level; otherwise, your website will go down. We just have some blogs, and now all of them are down, and they are not doing anything about it. They are not refunding us and are just saying to be patient. When you talk to their customer service, they just repeat the same thing as a robot. Not understanding that we are devastated for our website to be down and show 503 errors

I requested the support team to extend my billing date by just 3 days, but they refused. As a result, all of my websites were down for 12 hours, causing major disruptions. It's incredibly frustrating that they couldn't offer this small flexibility. Other providers I've used are much more understanding about billing issues.
