The website build tool is amazing, you just drop things in and move them around so you can customize it exactly how you want! In the process of moving my business website to Big Rock, I messed up the process. In most all cases their support either resolved the issue or provided a link to a pdf on how I could resolve the issue with in 5 minutes. With the old hosting company response was never fast and sometimes the response was "hire a web developer". To top that off Google started to index my site almost immediately and speed tests show it is faster on Big Rock.
