In the process of moving my business website to Big Rock, I messed up the process. In most all cases their support either resolved the issue or provided a link to a pdf on how I could resolve the issue with in 5 minutes. With the old hosting company response was never fast and sometimes the response was "hire a web developer". To top that off Google started to index my site almost immediately and speed tests show it is faster on Big Rock.
