I hosted a bunch of website on Big Rock when I was working as an agency. Since then, the agency closed so I had to move each website to its own individual Big Rock account. It's been nothing short of a nightmare. Their support is not helpful most of the time, heavily relying on FAQs instead of truly taking ownership of your case. Support is not equipped to handle corner cases. The responses are very slow (up to 30 minutes wait between messages !). Also, be aware that if a domain expired and you want to move it to another Big Rock account where a hosting with free domain is included, you won't be able to move it. You will need to renew the domain, then transfer it. Essentially, paying 2x for the same thing. Big Rock do not provide good will gesture in that scenario. TLDR: If you have a "normal case", I think Big Rock is great. But if you need help with a more unique situation, you're going to have to spend hours on resolving it.
