Aymene in customer support was a huge help in making sure my domain transfer goes well. I'd recommend it as an inexpensive domain host to anyone!

The service pros on chat are always very helpful and attentive. I've been having problems of my own fault in trying to migrate 3 sites to Big Rock. Through several contacts they've remained patient, helpful and willing to do what they can to make it happen. I think/hope we're on the last leg of this journey, but I appreciate their persistence and help.
