I had already used this hosting company in the past, with superb first years, then I ended up leaving because of problems with the support team who didn't answer my questions.I wanted to see how things had evolved, so I took out a 3-year Cloud Professional hosting contract, taking advantage of Black Friday.I tried to get help with setting up Cloudflare DNS, but the help articles didn't answer my questions. I had to know what to remove and what to keep, and I spent an hour trying to find human support, but it was impossible.So I canceled my subscription because in the event of a problem, as unfortunately happens, you need access to human support.

I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Big Rock. I was having trouble setting up a few things on my site and had Ray help me. Wow - amazing service. They spent time understanding my problem, provided clear instructions, and actually went in and set up the redirect I was having trouble with. Everything was working by the end of our chat!

Every hosting company has their features, and hosting24 offered localised servers, decent uptime, 24/7 customer support and support for the latest in php. They're still committed to these core features. Still very happy with the service that has a decent uptime and they do respond to my queries within 24 hours on email, if not instantly on chat
